WHAT IS A CHURCH ASSESSMENT (Ministry Mapping)?
It is a tool that shows us how to get from where we are as a church to where we want to be. Like any journey, ministry is most fruitful when we have a clear destination in mind (VISION) and we understand the steps needed to get there (STRATEGY). A church assessment is the process of evaluation, promoting, and maintaining church health.
“…On this rock I will build my church…” - Matthew 16:18
