INTENTIONAL INTERIM PASTOR
In some cases it may become apparent that a church needs an intentional interim pastor for a specific season. Through various networks we work with we will help select an interim who is fit for the specific church and who will preach regularly, serve the church throughout the week, and will help in the process of selecting a permanent pastor.

HOW DOES THE INTERIM HELP SELECT A PERMANENT PASTOR?

RESEARCH - Gather information through assessment

LEADERSHIP - Develop a leadership team in the church during the interim period for the purpose of establishing goals, values, mission, vision, etc.

ENGAGEMENT - Identify real and felt needs of the church and helping the congregation with change and conflict resolution

FUTURE - Work with the leadership team to develop purpose, values, mission, and vision for the church

SEARCH - Begin the pastoral search process which includes training the pastoral search team and ends with the hiring of a new pastor

TRANSITION - Install the new permanent pastor
